Orders & shipping
Orders leave our Sarajevo studio within one business day. Bosnia and Herzegovina arrives in 1–3 business days, the rest of Europe in 3–7. A tracking link reaches you the moment your parcel is scanned.
We ship across Europe and to the United Kingdom. Duties are settled at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery.
Write to [email protected] within two hours and we will catch it before it is packed. After that, we will help you return it.

Returns
Thirty days from delivery, opened or not. Skin is personal — if a formula does not suit yours, send it back.
Reply to your order confirmation, or email [email protected] with your order number. A prepaid label comes back to you.
Within five business days of the parcel reaching us, to the original payment method.
Yes. Tell us what you would rather have and we ship it as soon as the return is scanned.
Products & skin
Every formula is fragrance-free and tested on sensitive skin. Patch test on the inner arm for two days before a first full application.
A toner rebalances skin after cleansing. The mist layers hydration on top of it, and again over makeup, whenever skin feels tight.
Yes. No animal testing at any stage, by us or by our labs. Every formula is vegan.
Cleanse, mist, serum, cream. Thinnest texture first, richest last. SPF always closes the morning.
